When you’re focused on organising everyone and everything to get ready for event day its easy to forget who you are organising the event for. Too often companies and organisations use the same format for all their events regardless of type or industry, which maybe a mistake. Tailoring your event to individual attendees is hugely beneficial for the audience experience, which is one of the things that will keep bringing them back year on year.
